Breathe in... breathe out... and repeat

Trying to keep up with everything in life around us can be tiring if not impossible. Sometimes it's best to pause and let the busy world pass us by so we can appreciate the flowers, the trees, the wind and waves. All the colours and life that surrounds us is too amazing to miss. Put down the coffee mug and step away from the keyboard, it's time to go outside for a trip... how about Cape Town... I just came back from a trip and loved every second there.
