Simpler times?

Many are asking, why does time go by so quickly? Why do we have to rush so much and work so hard to provide for ourselves and families? Why is it so tiring? Well, when we were all younger we had so much more energy as we hadn't a care in the world, no stress, only fun times to think about. Now instead of thinking of all the rushing, I suggest we try to put some fun and smiles into every day, make it a habit to walk around and look at nature, breathe some fresh air and think happy thoughts... they are there, we just need to make new habits to concentrate on what we have, what is good and make it better.

I'm hoping soon to make this blog better and fill it with life again. I can say these last 6months have been an adventure worth sharing and though it's been hard work, I've taken the time to "smell the flowers" and feel good. Face troubles with a smile and they all disappear. Trying times are only new challenges to conquer and that's the aim. Who needs simpler times? I vote bring on the challenges and awaken the magic!

Burning with desire!

I'm burning with desire alright... to show you all that I've been up to the last few months. It's really been a fun roller-coaster ride and I haven't had much control of it either. So far I have been stuck in the great marketing world of Apple where we have to wait for new models to arrive instead of having supply when we need. It's worth the wait, just like it'll be worth the wait to see my work from the last couple months. Just wish I could say there has been time to continue work on the website but there hasn't. Take care all, life's an adventure... live it!

Never enough time...

I'm sure anyone visiting is wondering why there are no recent updates. Just to put you IN the picture... I have recently been overwhelmed with over-lapping work and haven't had time, day or night to update and post new photos. Also a moment of silence for my faithful notebook PC which has worked so hard and served me well in a few different countries and of course here, it recently told me it could not do more and died a peaceful death. This has left me in an even more frantic state trying to recover work data, organise a new computer (considering a Mac this time), and yet still deal with one of my busiest weeks so far (not much sleep lately). Thanks to all those helping me out. I have never had so many offers of help, it's been amazing...

So, definitely there will be more photos and thoughts soon as there have and will be big fashion shows etc. Please don't hesitate to leave comments or contact me directly on image.mu@gmail.com

Thanks to all so far for their comments and all the locals so far who I'm meeting slowly and are giving me so many compliments. It always means a lot to have my hard work appreciated, hope you keep enjoying. If you have missed my older posts, remember at the bottom of the page there is a link to "Older Posts" or there is an archive tree on the right hand side of the page.

DON'T FORGET to check the photo exhibits at Lake Point, Curepipe... Plaza, Rosehill and Craft Market, Caudan... The amateur collection is really great and a must see. Don't miss it.

Architecture, inside and out

So much skill and design goes into creating a home, it's only right that it be captured to show the passion that breathed life into a simple building. Thanks Alexandre Koenig for his talent, and to the others out there creating new and fresh designs. I'm inspired to capture your creations too...

The fire of fashion

Fire-breathing might be my hobby soon, but for now I'll leave it to the pros. Fashion shows and a fashion queen, Kitty shows her personality...

A show to be shown...

Utopia - The Game, a memorable show of light and dance, greatly enhanced by Impact Production but brought to life by Eelco De Jong. Performances were 15, 16 and 17 June but future performances will most probably be in Europe as the show grows. I was happy to be a part of this.
